As a high-level tennis player ranked within the top 500 in New Zealand, he actively participates in interclub competitions and international tournaments, enjoying both the challenges and camaraderie these events offer. His participation in tournaments around the world not only provides him with opportunities to showcase his skills but also reinforces the crucial role that technique plays in athletic performance.

Balancing roles as both a coach and an athlete has given Mr. Zhou Rui a unique perspective, highlighting the paramount importance of technique in sport. As a seasoned sports medicine doctor, he draws upon his multifaceted experience to optimise athletes’ physical condition and implement effective injury prevention strategies.
